Eric is awesome. I got to know Eric because I rented a couple of houses through Estey. I chose Eric over a longtime family friend because I felt that Eric would look out for MY best interests. I was specific in where I wanted to live and what I needed. Even though my choices limited me greatly, I was never pressured to look elsewhere or spend more than I wanted. Eric spent a lot of time explaining things I didn’t understand and ensured I was happy. He worked hand-in-hand with my loan agent which made closing very smooth. Even after the deal was closed, Eric spent time resolving an issue for me, doing research to ensure that contractors were licensed, and that work was completed to my satisfaction.
